How to Register Your Lenovo Systems - Server

Description

After installing a Lenovo system, you will need to register it. The registration process ensures that you will receive the best service experience possible.

Use the following steps to register your devices.

Creating a Lenovo ID and completing registration process

Go to the Device & Service Registration page, and use your Lenovo ID to sign in to the registration landing page. If you need help creating an ID or logging in, refer to this link for support.
After you sign in, the registration home page will be displayed. Click Device(s) and select an option of Are you registering for...

.

Registering a single system

In this video, we will show you how to register a single Lenovo system.

If you prefer written instructions, use the following steps to register a single Lenovo system.

Select an option of Are you for a single device or multiple devices? and click Get Started. In this example, Single Device is selected.
Enter the system serial number and click Submit.
After entering the serial number, the system information and warranty status will be displayed. To review the warranty status, click View Warranty Details to expand the Warranty Details section. Enter the device purchase date and click Select & Continue.
Enter the required information. Optionally select the email confirmation to device owners or additional contacts, and then click Register.
A registration confirmation message will be displayed.
Click View My Products to check the details and warranty status of all your registered systems.

Registering multiple systems

In this video, we will show you how to register multiple Lenovo systems.

If you prefer written instructions, use the following steps to register multiple Lenovo systems.

Select an option of Are you for a single device or multiple devices? and click Get Started. In this example, Multiple Device is selected.
Download the batch registration template.

- Enter system information including serial numbers.

- Be sure to provide end-user customer information.

- Multiple end-user contacts, addresses, and locations can be entered.
Click Browse & Upload, and upload the batch registration file. If the entered information is validated, a Success! ...product registration confirmation message will be displayed.
You can click Review Products and click the arrow icon to expand and review each device's information.
Check the information, optionally select the email confirmation to device owners or additional contacts, and then click Register.
A registration confirmation message will be displayed.
Click View My Products to check the details and warranty status of all your registered systems.
